The Connected for Change Global Network (“CforC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and the network of archetype enterprises presented on it. CforC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your personal information, can be sent through our contact page.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to operate the site:

• Information you give us. Name, email address, organisation, country or region, area of interest, and the content of any message you submit through our forms.
• Information collected automatically. Standard technical data generated when you visit a website — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps — logged by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
• Preferences. Your chosen site language, stored locally in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (such as health, religious or biometric data) and ask that you do not include such information in free-text fields.

• To respond to enquiries, applications and partnership or licensing interest.
• To assess suitability and route your request to the relevant archetype or team.
• To send you information you have specifically asked us to send.

• to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, safety and property of CforC and others.

CforC operates across Africa, Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Oceania. Your information may therefore be processed in a country other than your own. Where information is transferred out of a jurisdiction that restricts such transfers, we rely on an approved transfer mechanism — such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses — together with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

We keep enquiry and application data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and thereafter for as long as required to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Enquiries that do not progress are ordinarily deleted or anonymised within 24 months. You may ask us to delete your data sooner.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and limiting access to those who need it — to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
